The Globe Wide Communication Services with their office at Mataas na Lupa Lipa City celebrated its first year Anniversary at MZ Magsino resort.They had a showcase of their employees talents and party all night.

Resorts' Top 10 House Rules

1. Guests with minor children should always be accompanied by an adult at all times.

2. All sites should be kept clean and orderly: Please package all garbage in plastic or in paper and deposit it in designated bins including cigarette buds.

3.Check in time for overnight guest will be 6:00 pm; checked out time will be 8:00 am; therefore all rooms will have to be totally cleared by this time o give us ample time to clean up for the next guest.

4. No smoking, eating, drinking (liquor/wine) inside the room/swimming pool area.

5. Firearms and any deadly weapons are prohibited inside the resort premises.

6. Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises. Only portables CD and radio are allowed to bring by the guest in the premises that are free of charge; videoke, karaoke and other sound system will be subjected for additional charges.

7. We reserve the rights to ask those who repeatedly disregard our rules to leave the resort premises if found engage in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs, anyone causing negligence or willful damage to resort's property will be held liable for the full value may lose resort priveleges. We refuse to accept intoxicated person inside the premises; We allow our guests to bring minimal bottles of drinks liquor or wine.

8. Resort facilities and playground equipment are used at your own risk. A parent or guardian must be present at all times.

9. The management is not liable for any loses of our guest belongings; Please do not leave things unattended.

10. The management does not have any full responsiblity for any injuries to person (slightly, serious of fatal) which may occur inside the premises of the resort. First aid treatment is always available.

Event: 13th Anniversary

The Magnificat Learning Center of Lodlod, Inc. celebrated its 13th Foundation Day at Mz Magsino Resort. Mr. Rogelio Magsino, School Directorand Operation Manager of the resort together with Dra. Angelita Magsino School Administrator participated in the said event.Magnificat Family had their boy and girl scout investiture with Mrs. Generosa Marasigan and Counsilor Antonio Lalunio as Investing Officers.They also had a program which was participated by the selected student of Magnificat.
